Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product education
• Execute selling standards to achieve individual sales goals
• Assist customers with requests in store and on the phone
• Verify customer identification and create/update customer profiles
• Create brand loyalty by introducing the rewards program
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
• Educate customers about promotions and events
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure the store is clean and organized
• Utilize store technology and POS systems
• Handle cash and process sales accurately

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of work experience in a related industry
• Oral and written communication capabilities
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws
• Basic computer skills and Point of Sale software knowledge
• MED Badge and ability to secure work credentials
