Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Embody LivWell core values and provide excellent customer service
• Execute selling standards to achieve individual sales goals
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Verify customer identification and create/update customer profiles
• Create brand loyalty by introducing the LivWell rewards program
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
• Educate customers about current promotions and events
• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the store is clean and organized
• Utilize store technology, POS, and online ordering systems
• Process online and in-store sales, count out registers, and record accurate sales numbers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One or more years of work experience in a related industry or work environment preferred
• Oral and written communication capabilities
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws
• Basic computer skills, Point of Sale software, and cash management
• MED Badge - must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue
