Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product education to customers
• Execute selling standards to achieve individual sales goals
• Assist customers with requests in-store and on the phone
• Verify customer identification and accurately create/update customer profiles
• Create brand loyalty by introducing the rewards program to customers
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
• Educate customers about current promotions and events
• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the store is clean and organized

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One or more years of work experience in a related industry or work environment preferred
• Oral and written communication capabilities
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility
• Basic computer skills, Point of Sale software, and cash management knowledge
