Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Embody core values and provide excellent customer service skills
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team's daily sales goals
• Provide product information and assist customers with requests
• Verify customer identification and create/update customer profiles
• Create brand loyalty by introducing the rewards program
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
• Educate customers about promotions and events
• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the store is clean and organized
• Utilize store technology, POS, and online ordering systems
• Handle cash and process sales accurately
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One or more years of work experience in a related industry or environment preferred
• Oral and written communication capabilities
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws
• Basic computer skills and Point of Sale software knowledge
• MED Badge and ability to secure work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue
