Job Description

Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is seeking a Part Time Budtender at its San Francisco retail location. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the retail dispensary. Connected is a leading vertically integrated cannabis company with a strong presence in the industry across multiple markets, and this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the booming cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and offer positive resolutions to customer inquiries
Generate sales through interpersonal customer interaction and suggestive selling
Prevent asset loss through proper zoning and floor awareness
Effectively perform register transactions without errors or shortages
Adhere to store visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards
Consistently exemplify a teamwork attitude with management and coworkers to improve personal and store performance
Comply with all company policies and procedures and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old
Available to work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, including weekends and holidays
Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with flexibility to be scheduled within 24-48 hours notice
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally without assistance or 100 lbs. with assistance
Ability to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus
