Job Description

A Budtender is responsible for providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to patients and customers in a fast-paced retail dispensary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to help others. The role involves working closely with the dispensary team to ensure seamless operations and providing top-notch service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and strains
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with the dispensary team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

21+ years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of customer service experience
Knowledge of cannabis products and strains
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
