Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each customer
• Ensures customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely
• Accurately receives, coordinates, and fulfills customer orders using the Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems
• Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities
• Meets/exceeds day-to-day sales metrics by following the customer experience selling cycle with tailored product suggestions
• Assists management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards
• Fosters a positive work environment and maintains a clean, safe, and guest-ready store

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Able to pass all background checks as required by the state cannabis agency
• Availability to work retail schedule that includes nights and weekends
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail environment
• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years working in retail or other customer service position, cannabis experience is a plus
