Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in product demonstrations, trainings, and events
• Prepare for shifts, ensuring all materials and products are ready and available for use
• Support retail merchandising with necessary materials and promotional items
• Work collaboratively with a team of Brand Ambassadors during event activations
• Assist in gathering post-event reports to evaluate stock levels and key insights
• Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and maintain high team morale

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Field Marketing, preferably in the Cannabis industry
• Deep understanding of and passion for cannabis
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work non-traditional schedule, including mandatory evening and weekend work
• 21 years or older
