Brand Ambassador (part time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and engage in training sessions to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills
• Participate in demos, trainings, events, retail installations, and miscellaneous duties
• Prepare for shifts as necessary, ensuring all materials and products are ready and available for use
• Support retail merchandising with necessary materials and promotional items
• Work collaboratively with a team of Brand Ambassadors during event activations
• Assist in gathering post-event reports to evaluate stock levels and key insights
• Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and maintaining high team morale

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Field Marketing preferred, preferably in the Cannabis industry
• Deep understanding of and passion for cannabis
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape across California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior and recommend new and effective trade marketing tactics
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work non-traditional schedule, including mandatory evening and weekend work
• Reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license
• 21 years and older
