Beverage Account Executive (Texas)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product visibility and volume with off-premise and on-premise accounts
• Increase market share by securing new placements, improving shelf space, and expanding points of distribution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in accounts
• Collaborate with the Distributor Partner to align on strategy and execution
• Identify and open new accounts while maximizing sales opportunities within existing locations
• Monitor competitive activity and provide insights on opportunities for market growth
• Ensure proper stock levels and product displays in off-premise locations
• Secure prime shelf space and on-premise placements
• Conduct regular store visits to enforce brand standards and enhance execution
• Manage and execute in-store and on-premise sampling programs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, or a related field
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with retail managers and bar/restaurant owners
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient with a hunger to win
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for innovation and educating consumers about the product
• Resilience and resourcefulness in a competitive industry
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background checks and remain compliant with industry regulations
