Associate Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute paid media campaigns to drive tickets and build baskets
• Utilize external agencies to support campaign management
• Implement and drive national and regional email and text marketing initiatives
• Manage lead generation programs, including medical patient acquisition
• Compile data and insights for monthly and quarterly reports on marketing performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on segmentation and targeting approaches
• Identify and evaluate performance marketing vendors
• Coordinate cross-functional partners and agency teams to ensure timely and quality creative asset delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3+ years of experience in media planning and analysis
• 2+ years of experience in email and text marketing
• Current channel expertise and experience in learning new methods of advertising, email, and lead generation
• Retail and CPG experience preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in and passion for the cannabis industry
