Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating a team
• Operate as the Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management
• Provide top-notch customer service and educate guests on products
• Proactively communicate with Store Manager, District Manager, and cross-functional partners
• Model selling behaviors aligned with the brand culture
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members
• Supervise the operation of the store and team members
• Maintain knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service
• Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience
• Strong sense of business acumen and understanding of financial targets
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Previous experience working in a heavily regulated industry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage teams
• Strong salesmanship skills and experience in driving revenue
