Job Description

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth in a dispensary setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies to drive positive sales growth
  • Maintaining strong inventory controls and compliance standards
  • Coaching, training, and developing staff
  • Partnering with the General Manager to create, monitor, and track store KPIs
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations and partnering with internal teams
  • Helping to hire, train, and onboard new staff

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment
  • High School education or GED required, associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Previous experience in the cannabis industry a bonus
  • Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Analytical with the ability to set and track store KPIs
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work nights and weekends as needed
