Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a high-performing team
• Leading and supporting staff with customer service, sales training, product knowledge, leadership development, inventory controls, and compliance
• Planning and implementing sales strategies
• Maintaining strong inventory controls and compliance standards
• Coaching, training, and developing staff
• Partnering with the General Manager to create, monitor, and track store KPIs
• Helping to hire, train and onboard new staff
• Assisting with day-to-day operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment
• High School education or GED required, associate's degree or higher preferred
• Previous experience in the cannabis industry a bonus
• Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to recruit and train staff
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Analytical with the ability to set and track store KPIs
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds
• Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have no scheduling restrictions
