Assistant General Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to drive positive sales growth
• Maintain strong inventory controls and compliance standards
• Coach, train, and develop staff
• Partner with General Manager to create, monitor, and track store KPIs
• Help hire, train, and onboard new staff
• Assist with day-to-day operations and partner with internal teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred
• 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Previous cannabis experience preferred
• Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
