Assistant General Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies with the General Manager
• Maintain inventory controls and compliance standards
• Coach, train, and develop staff
• Partner with the General Manager to track KPIs and leverage data for decision-making
• Hire, train, and onboard new staff
• Assist with day-to-day operations and partner with internal teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred
• 2+ years of management experience in high-volume retail, cannabis experience preferred
• Experience with point of sales systems and compliance tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical with ability to set and track KPIs
• Open availability and ability to lift 50+ pounds
