Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth
• Driving the business through a focus on Front of House and Back of House operations
• Overseeing the financial success of the store, including responding to business needs and strategizing around business trends
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining a diverse team of top talent
• Training, coaching, and developing all team members using company programs, tools, and resources
• Ensuring compliance with PharmaCann policies, regulations, procedures, and compliance standards
• Protecting company assets and minimizing loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree in business or operations management or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of managerial experience in a high-volume retail-based industry with a customer-centric approach
• 2+ years PharmaCann management experience will be considered
• Demonstrated ability to achieve store selling goals and metrics
• Proven ability to drive sales results, analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
