Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth
• Overseeing the financial success of the store and responding to business needs
• Strategizing around business trends to drive profitable top-line sales growth
• Managing the Front of House and Back of House Managers
• Ensuring compliance with PharmaCann policies, regulations, procedures, and compliance standards
• Protecting company assets and minimizing loss
• Performance management and coaching of team members
• Implementing company programs and influencing end-users buy-in

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree in business or operations management or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of managerial experience in a high-volume retail-based industry with a customer-centric approach
• 2+ years PharmaCann management experience will be considered
• Demonstrated ability to achieve store selling goals and metrics
• Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify top talent and train/develop/retain great people
• Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
