Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth
• Driving the business through a focus on customer service, sales training, product knowledge, loyalty, and leadership development
• Overseeing the financial success of the store and being accountable for P&L results
• Responding to business needs and strategizing around business trends to drive profitable top-line sales growth
• Assessing, recruiting, and screening talent
• Managing the FOH and BOH Managers and being responsible for the performance management and hiring of employees within each department

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree in business or operations management or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of managerial experience in a high-volume retail-based industry with a customer-centric approach preferred
• 2+ years PharmaCann management experience will be considered
• Demonstrated ability to achieve store selling goals and metrics
• Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports
• Comfortable and confident making decisions and mediating conflict within a team environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check
