Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage dispensary staff
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Maintain records on staff performance
• Support the DM in interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training, and managing staff
• Ensure compliance with dispensary SOPs and state compliance protocols
• Manage inventory tracking and reporting
• Ensure accurate cash handling and reporting
• Uphold safety and security standards
• Model company values and code of conduct

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Knowledge of the medical cannabis industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred
