Assistant General Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales staff
• Train, develop, and communicate with staff
• Assist in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
• Coordinate retail store operations
• Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Ensure store schedules and goals are met
• Deliver excellent customer experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Supervise and motivate staff
• Record customer interactions and follow up on issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in retail operations
• Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
• Must pass a drug screening
