Job Description

Assistant General Manager to lead and manage a team in a medical cannabis dispensary, providing excellent customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Train, develop, and communicate with staff
Assist in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
Coordinate retail store operations
Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Ensure store schedules and goals are met by employees
Deliver excellent customer experiences
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary
Supervise and motivate staff
Record customer interactions and follow up on issues

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in retail operations
Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
Excellent customer service skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving attitude
Flexibility to work in shifts
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
