Job Description

Assistant General Manager to lead and manage a team of employees in a dispensary, providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring outstanding guest service
Training, developing, and communicating with staff
Assisting in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
Coordinating retail store operations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
Previous experience with sales
Excellent customer service skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
2+ years of sales experience in retail operations
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
