Job Description

FLUENT Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team in a retail dispensary setting, providing excellent customer service and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment
Train, develop, and communicate with staff and assess performance regularly
Assist in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
Coordinate retail store operations
Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Ensure store schedules and goals are met by employees
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in retail operations
Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
Excellent customer service skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Basic computer knowledge
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
