Job Description

FLUENT Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a medical cannabis dispensary.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment
Train, develop, and communicate with staff and assess performance regularly
Assist in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
Coordinate retail store operations
Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
Ensure store schedules and goals are met by employees
Deliver excellent customer experiences
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best

Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
Previous experience with sales
Excellent customer service skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Two+ years of sales experience in retail operations required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
