Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist GM to ensure smooth store operations and achieve highest level store goals
• Manage team leads across the dispensary
• Ensure efficient inventory purchasing and management
• Foster a strong culture and sustain high team morale
• Recruit and train store employees
• Develop store staff and administer performance evaluations
• Evaluate KPIs and store data to identify areas of improvement
• Identify infrastructure, technical, or equipment repair needs
• Develop strategic goals and ensure operational activities support them
• Delegate work to employees and manage execution

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3-5 years of retail or business management experience
• Experience leading and managing diverse customer-facing teams
• Flexibility regarding work schedule
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage effectively and foster self-managing teams
• Ability to give and receive feedback
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Ability to coach employees and enable work improvement
• Ability to pass a Federal Background Check with no felony convictions
