Assistant General Manager, Cultivation

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis
• Provide leadership and hands-on support to the cultivation team
• Coordinate production plans, schedules, and daily tasks
• Implement and manage plant maintenance, fertigation programs, and IPM
• Maintain a clean, pest and disease-free environment
• Implement Track and Trace protocols
• Maintain and perform regular checks on building infrastructure and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years or older
• High school or equivalent
• Previous agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing/laborer experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Basic understanding of cannabis laws, rules, and regulations
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
• 3+ years experience in cultivation or production management
• Expertise in indoor cultivation and automated climate control indoor systems
