Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dispensary staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and customers
• Support the Dispensary Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
• Monitor and control inventory, including receiving and processing shipments
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to cannabis sales and distribution
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the cannabis industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of cannabis products and laws related to cannabis sales and distribution
