Requirements

• Previous experience in a cultivation or management role
• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and plant care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with seed-to-sale tracking systems and compliance regulations
