Job Description

The Assistant Controller will assist the Controller in directing the company's accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification required
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
