Asset Protection Specialist (Part Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide basic concierge-level support and answer common questions
• Serve as a visible and approachable presence to deter incidents and ensure a sense of calm and order
• Monitor premises and report any safety or security incidents
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication
• Support team members and store operations in matters of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Conduct visual inspections to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment

Requirements

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Must pass all required background checks
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Must be 21 years or older and meet all state-specific cannabis employment requirements
