Asset Protection Specialist (Full Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in guests with warmth and positivity
• Managing check-in with professionalism and efficiency while upholding compliance standards
• Providing basic concierge-level support and answering common questions
• Serving as a visible, approachable, and responsive presence to deter incidents and ensure a sense of calm and order
• Monitoring various areas of the premises to ensure safety, comfort, and compliance
• De-escalating situations with empathy, tact, and clear communication
• Supporting team members and store operations in matters of safety, cleanliness, compliance, and guest flow

Requirements

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must be 21 years or older and meet all state-specific cannabis employment requirements
