Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary owners, managers, and staff
• Conduct in-store product demonstrations, training, and education for dispensary staff
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our brand presence

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in the cannabis industry or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding brand presence
• Strong relationships with dispensary owners, managers, and staff in Southeast Michigan
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
