Job Description

Consume Cannabis Co. is seeking a skilled and passionate cannabis enthusiast to fill the role of Advisor. As the customer's first point of contact, the Advisor will assist new and returning customers through tailored retail experiences, providing knowledge and guidance along the way. The goal of Consume Cannabis Co. is to ensure that all customers have the best possible experience with cannabis, and the Advisor plays a crucial role in accomplishing this goal.

Key Responsibilities

Greets all guests in a professional and friendly manner
Scans IDs and enforces admittance policies with the on-site security provider
Maintains client records in compliance with State law and Company policy
Assists customers in selecting products and advises them about safe dosage and proper consumption
Provides exceptional customer service
Answers phones and provides general support
Stays educated and updated on different types of marijuana products and methods of medicating
Processes online orders and assists with curbside pick-up orders
Conducts accurate inventory counts of all products
Assists in stocking products and cleaning the dispensary

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated and always looking to improve
Ability to multi-task and take direction
Attention to detail
