Job Description

Consume Cannabis Co. is seeking a skilled and passionate cannabis enthusiast to fill the role of Advisor. The goal of this position is to ensure that all customers have the best possible experience with cannabis. As the customer's first point of contact, the Advisor will provide knowledge and guidance, assist with product selection, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is crucial to accomplishing the company's goal of providing safe and reliable cannabis products to its customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet all guests in a professional and friendly manner
Scan IDs and enforce admittance policies
Maintain client records in compliance with State law and Company policy
Assist customers in selecting products and advise on safe dosage and proper consumption
Provide exceptional customer service
Answer phones and provide general support
Stay educated and updated on different types of marijuana products and methods of medicating
Process online orders and assist with curbside pick-up orders
Conduct accurate inventory counts of all products
Assist in stocking products
Clean and organize the dispensary
Work on special projects and assignments designated by management

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated and always looking to improve
Ability to multi-task and take direction
Attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 pounds at times
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and standing
