Advisor (Part-Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greets all guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Scans IDs and enforces admittance policies with the on-site security provider
• Maintains client records in compliance with State law and Company policy
• Assists customers in selecting products and advises them about safe dosage and proper consumption
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Answers phones and provides general support
• Stays educated and updated on different types of marijuana products and methods of medicating
• Processes online orders and assists with curbside pick-up orders
• Conducts accurate inventory counts of all products
• Assists in stocking products
• Cleans and organizes the dispensary with the rest of the team
• Works on special projects and assignments designated by management

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated and always looking to improve
• Ability to multi-task and take direction
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 pounds at times
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and standing
