Advisor (Full-Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Scan IDs and enforce admittance policies
• Maintain client records in compliance with State law and Company policy
• Assist customers in selecting products and advise them on safe dosage and proper consumption
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phones and provide general support
• Stay educated and updated on different types of marijuana products and methods of medicating
• Process online orders and assist with curbside pick-up orders
• Conduct accurate inventory counts of all products
• Assist in stocking products
• Clean and organize the dispensary

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated and always looking to improve
• Ability to multi-task and take direction
• Attention to detail
