Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Farm to guide and train Farm department members
• Ensuring accurate and legible logging of paperwork and labels
• Maintaining and gardening the cultivation
• Manicuring and defoliating plants to maintain health and optimize yields
• Preparing and loading tables
• Transferring plants from different areas of facility stages of growth
• Trellising tables with plants for proper growth
• Building a plant canopy with trellis to optimize growth
• Harvesting mature plants and transferring them to the Trim department
• Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 months employment with LivWell Production department preferred
• One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred
• Ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements
• High attention to detail
• Professional and respectful demeanor towards others
• Respectful verbal and written communication capability
