Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line contact for visitors, phone calls, and vendor/client inquiries
• Maintain and organize scheduling, appointments, and meeting setups
• Support administrative tasks: data entry, filing, record-keeping, and mail processing
• Coordinate office supplies, facilities requests, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
• Prepare internal correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Assist with light financial tasks: invoice tracking, expense reporting, and procurement coordination
• Collaborate across teams on projects, deadlines, and internal events

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in fast-paced environments or cannabis industry
• Excellent communication skills—friendly and professional with both internal teams and external partners
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort using digital tools
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic workspace
