Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct compelling online and in-person demos
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer and deal information in Salesforce
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless transitions and timely launches
• Embody Dutchie's values and become an expert on the New Jersey Cannabis market

Requirements

• Location: Must live in NJ, NY, or CT
• Exceptional sales background with a proven track record of consistent success in B2B sales
• Strong business acumen and ability to align Dutchie's solutions with clients' strategic objectives
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Growth mindset with resilience, grit, curiosity, coachability, and emotional intelligence
• Software as a service (SaaS) industry experience required
