Account Executive I (Onsite)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business to meet and exceed revenue and retention goals
• Introduce clients to the full WM Business suite
• Collaborate with Account Managers to drive more value for shared clients
• Develop client relationships to serve as a trusted consultant
• Work with management to deliver partner collateral
• Lead customer experience, including onboarding, consultations, and proactive outreach
• Run performance reviews with in-depth knowledge of client health, performance, and opportunities

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital sales or account management
• Proven track record of hitting goals and revenue targets
• Data-oriented, analytical sales approach
• Customer-centric and an eager relationship builder
• Confidence in presenting to clients to influence credibly and effectively
• Comfort with and ability to operate at an accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
