Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking an Account Executive to join their Creative Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with business partners, managing campaigns, and ensuring partner satisfaction. This role entails day-to-day interaction with internal and external business partners and vendors, and requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners
  • Strategic planning: Work with partners to understand their business goals and marketing objectives
  • Program management: Oversee all aspects of program development from start to finish
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams
  • Performance analysis: Monitor program performance, analyze results, and provide key learnings and recommended adjustments
  • Budget and negotiation: Manage program budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within agreed financial constraints
  • Problem-solving: Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during execution

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in Agency or related marketing role with CPG and/or large-scale retail experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday), DAM Systems, Office 360
  • A strong understanding of marketing methods and industry trends
