Job description

The Harvest Tech is responsible for performing the activities related to the harvest and room reset process. They will take direction from the Harvest Manager and execute the cultivation strategy following all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and recipes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ensure proper harvest procedures are followed correctly and on schedule.

Perform room maintenance and cleanliness, waste disposal, and record-keeping during harvest processes.

Maintain regular cleanliness standards for the work area.

Maintain a positive and cohesive team environment.

Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.

Execute deep clean after harvest is complete in flower rooms to Cultivation Manager & company standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Must complete OSHA 10 Industry Training within 6 months of hire (company paid)

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must possess a Nevada State Agent Card and be 21 years of age or older.
