FLOWER CO. is adding a few Customer Experience Specialists to help ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction. We take customer experience very seriously and having seamless delivery operations is essential– it is the differentiator in this industry. This role will be essential in bridging the gap between our customers and our delivery team. Saturday and Sunday availability required. Full and Part time positions available.
We are seeking an amazing Full-time or part time Delivery Operations Support member to join our team. This role is a blend of remote and in person. You will work in a fun and fast-paced environment where multitasking is a must. This position requires stellar communication via email, phone, and messaging platforms. You will utilize software tools to navigate delivery operations, support issues, be knowledgeable in our policies / compliance and communicate effective solutions. We take supporting our internal teams very seriously.
