Job description
Operations Management:
- Develop strategy around optimal delivery patterns, staffing needs, and delivery zones.
- Monitor live operations dashboard to ensure Station is providing an excellent customer experience, maximizing revenue, and minimizing costs.
- Check staff and drivers in / out.
- Pick and pack orders.
- Process and record daily cash intake, noting discrepancies and addressing issues.
Station Staff Management:
- Coordinate staffing/hiring goals.
- Support live operations, driver management, and inventory management tasking.
- Manage Station staff schedules and review timesheets.
- Conduct Station staff performance reviews.
Driver Management:
- Manage driver application funnel.
- Interview, onboard, and train new drivers.
- Manage driver schedules and review timesheets.
- Driver performance management.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory receipt, quality control, and stickering.
- Maintain weekly inventory cycle counts.
- Coordinate and communicate with brand vendors and warehousing.
Key Success Factors
- Monitor operational performance, looking for patterns in employee behavior, consumer behavior, and inventory movements to inform operational improvements.
- Track incidents and implement process changes to prevent repeat incidents.
- Build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate information concisely and appropriately to Station staff and drivers.
- Adapt internal processes to accommodate changes in regulatory/compliance requirements for continued compliant and streamlined operations.
- Monitor and re-order Station office supplies integral to uninterrupted operations.
