Job description
We are searching for the right candidate to fill our Warehouse Specialists position. Duties will include, loading & unloading trucks, using pallet jacks and forklifts for organizing materials in the warehouse. Able to provide accurate inventory counts when needed. Inventory management, materials organization, & pulling. General light maintenance, and cleanliness of the warehouse. We are searching for a candidate who is reliable, dependable, & hard-working. This role will report directly to the Warehouse supervisor, working closely with the entire inventory team.
Responsibilities:
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Responsible for non-cannabis inventory
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Responsible for storing all products in appropriate locations
- Updating non-cannabis inventory and reporting any issues to warehouse supervisor
- Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or items to be returned
- Able to perform a wide range of duties, some of which may not fall strictly under your job description
Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
- Can physically lift up to, not exceeding, 50lbs
- Proficiency with Windows, Google Suite, MS365, including excel, word and PowerPoint
- Excellent labeling and organizational skills
- Attention to detail, organization, critical thinking and problem solving
- Proficient math skills
- Ability to upload documents into computer software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented
- Time management skills
- Works well in a team environment

Work Hours:
The Warehouse specialist role is a full-time position. Employees will be expected to arrive for their shift starting at 7:00 am and fulfill their duties by the end of the workday at 430pm.
