Job description
We are looking for a Full Time – Cannabis Trimmer who can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company’s standard operating procedures within our state-of-the-art cannabis production facility:
In this role you will….
- Assist the manager and cultivation team with all aspects of the harvest process, including harvest and take-down of cannabis plants, wet weigh plant material and conduct METRC data-entry, and buck and sort cannabis.
- Engage in all aspects of the dry trim process.
- Maintain appropriate biosecurity measures and sanitize workspace per company SOPs.
- Conduct inventory management in conjunction with other staff.
Skills and experience you have...
- Previous harvest and cannabis trim experience strongly desired.
- Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
- Familiarity with warehouse or production procedures.
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner and continually strive to increase productivity.
- Ability to sit or stand for long period of time and regularly lift to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check.
- Knowledge and familiarity with cannabis.
