Job description
Trimmers will be responsible for the final steps of the cultivation practices including, but not limited to: harvesting, hanging, weighing, and trimming dried cannabis. Trimmers will be responsible for cleaning the trim room, dry/cure room, break room, and common areas as well as any equipment used in harvesting/trimming.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be able to learn and accurately follow the trimming methods set forth in the company SOP's.
- Must be able to be a productive, and efficient worker without sacrificing the overall quality of the product. The goal is 1 pound of trimmed flower per Trimmer per day.
- Will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the post-harvest environment, and any equipment used for trimming, drying, and harvesting.
- Will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of any/all assigned common areas of the facility.
- Will be responsible for compliant disposal and recording of any waste produced during the trimming and harvesting procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Must 21+ years of age, be able to qualify as a registered grower agent with the Commission and may not have any violent or drug related felony convictions.
- Must be able to achieve minimum daily requirements of flower trimmed during trimming procedures.
- Passion for medicinal cannabis, a willingness to learn, and be a part of a supportive team of coworkers.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to follow direction well, reliable with a good work ethic.
