Job description

The CSM Manager will be responsible for leading a team focused on the success of Dutchie customers across the country This will include day to day management and coaching of team members to improve productivity and customer experience, collaboration with Sales, Support, implementation and Product teams to improve our cross-functional operations to provide a best-in class Saas experience for cannabis operators.
