Job description
The Supply Chain Logistics Associate - Warehouse is responsible for intake of raw material, sampling biomass, and inventory control onsite as well as other duties required for other departments. A clean background check, positive attitude, personable demeanor, and ability to follow direction are necessary to succeed in this role.
What You'll Do
- Pulling raw material samples for testing
- Weekly Warehouse Audit
- Warehouse Daily Organization
- Prep/Stage Transfers to other facilities
- Stage returns for following day
- Retake Samples/Potencies for Testing as needed
- Data entry in google docs and google spreadsheets
- Deliveries to Sisu/Intake
- Client Relations
- In-Town Pickups/Remote Sampling
- Microextraction Samples organization & Consolidation
- Material Destruction
- Clean Trucks/Trailers
- Clean/Organize Facility Lots
- Waste/Garbage Dump Runs
- Errands for Inventory
- Fleet Maintenance Help
- Help in other departments
- EOD Clean up
- Following all material intake, delivery, transfer and sampling procedures
- Following all safety and compliance regulations as detailed by the company
- Completing daily tasks in an accurate and efficient manner, i.e. cleaning work space, filing paperwork, cleaning vehicles, etc...
- Repeatedly bending and lifting of 50lbs
- Standing for 8hrs at a time
- All other duties required

What You Have
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of cannabis industry preferred
- Available to work weekends
- Customer Service Skills
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
Working Environment
- This position requires frequent sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and operating a computer workstation.
- May require ladder and stair use
- Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard/calculator/packaging/stickering.
- This position may require kneeling, bending, squatting.
- Ability to push/pull/lift up to 25-50 pounds.
- Work within a warehouse setting
Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule.
- Must be able to travel to other office locations/facilities
- Ability to use a computer and calculator for 8 hours or more.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check.
